Who we are

Air Medical Technologies LLC controls your personal data.

Personal data we collect

Account data

You give us this data when you sign in. Your organization can also give us this data.

• Your name.
• Your work email address.
• Your phone number.
• Your organization.
• Your role.

Work data

You and your team put this data in the app. The work data belongs to your organization.

• Incidents and requests.
• Units and crew.
• Flights and reports.
• Messages and files that you send.

Location data

When you are on a mission and you permit it, the app reads the location of your device while the app is open. We show your unit on the flight map. Dispatch uses your position to follow the aircraft and to calculate the time of arrival.

The app does not read your location when you are off duty.

Device and usage data

We collect data about your device and how you use the app.

• The type of your device or browser.
• The operating system and its version.
• The version of the app.
• Your IP address.
• The times you use the app.
• Crash data and performance data.

Photos

When you attach an image to a message, the app reads that image from your photo library. The app reads only the images that you select.

Alert data

When you permit alerts, we collect a device token. The token lets us send an alert to your device. We use Expo’s push service to send the alerts.

Why we use personal data

We use your personal data for these purposes:

• To operate the app.
• To show positions on the map.
• To send messages.
• To send alerts.
• To keep the app safe.
• To find and correct problems.
• To answer your questions.
• To obey the law.

Legal bases in the EEA and the UK

If you are in the EEA or the UK, we use your personal data on these bases:

• We need the data for our contract with your organization.
• We have a good reason to use the data, and we respect your rights.
• You agree to the use. You can take back your agreement at any time.
• The law says that we must use the data.

Who we share data with

We share personal data with these groups:

• Your organization. Your team sees your work data. The role of each person controls the data that the person can see.
• Our service providers. These providers are Clerk, Encore Cloud, Resend, and Expo. A provider can use the data only to supply its service to us.
• The authorities. We share data when the law says that we must. We also share data to prevent danger.
• A buyer. If we sell our business, the buyer can get your data.

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not use your personal data for advertising.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data while your organization has an account.

We also keep data when the law says that we must.

After that, we delete the data. Or we remove your identity from the data.

How we protect data

We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. These measures include encryption in transit and access controls.

No system is fully safe. We cannot promise that no data breach will occur.

Transfers to other countries

We can store personal data in other countries.

When we do, we use legal safeguards.

Your rights

You have these rights:

Your organization controls the work data. Send your request about work data to your administrator.

Children

The app is for authorized workers. It is not for children.

We do not collect data from children on purpose.

We can change this policy.

When we change it, we put a new effective date on this page.
