• Your phone number.
• Your organization.

Work data

You and your team put this data in the app. The work data belongs to your organization.

• Incidents and requests.
• Units and crew.
• Flights and reports.
• Messages and files that you send.

Location data

When you permit it, the app reads the location of your browser. We show your position on the map. We also use the location to set the scene point or the landing-zone point. The app reads your location only while you use the app.

Device and usage data

We collect data about your device and how you use the app.

• The type of your device or browser.
• The operating system and its version.
• The version of the app.
• Your IP address.
• The times you use the app.
• Crash data and performance data.

Alert data

When you permit alerts, the app shows a notification in your browser. The app shows the alert while the page is open.

Cookies and browser storage

The web app uses cookies and browser storage. We use them to keep you signed in and to remember your settings.

Why we use personal data

We use your personal data for these purposes:

• To show positions on the map.
• To send messages.
• To send alerts.

• Your organization. Your team sees your work data. The role of each person controls the data that the person can see.
• Our service providers. These providers are Clerk, Encore Cloud, Resend, and Google. A provider can use the data only to supply its service to us.
• The authorities. We share data when the law says that we must. We also share data to prevent danger.
• A buyer. If we sell our business, the buyer can get your data.

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not use your personal data for advertising.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data while your organization has an account.

We also keep data when the law says that we must.

After that, we delete the data. Or we remove your identity from the data.

How we protect data

We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. These measures include encryption in transit and access controls.

No system is fully safe. We cannot promise that no data breach will occur.
